The St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment program is the longest established CBI program of its kind, having been in operation since 1984. The government of Saint Kitts and Nevis has been praised as one of the most innovative Citizenship by Investment programs in the world and the St.Kitts & Nevis passport is amongst the most highly ranked second passports.

In order to make the CBI program more competitive, the Prime Minister of St.Kitts & Nevis announced the new Sustainable Growth Fund replacing the previous Hurricane Relief Fund for economic citizens. Under the Sustainable Growth Fund, a single applicant is required to contribute US$150,000 with a family of four being required to contribute US$195,000 following incremental steps. The investment received under the Sustainable Growth Fund will go towards local infrastructure, health care and education amongst other areas.

St.Kitts & Nevis recently signed historic visa free waiver agreements with Rusia, India and Indonesia adding to the long list of over 140 visa free countries which include the UK & Singapore amongst other countries.

Some benefits of obtaining a second citizenship include the following:

  • Over time more and more countries have been included visa free
  • No requirement to visit or reside in St.Kitts & Nevis

Real Estate Option:

St.Kitts & Nevis passport can be obtained by investment in designated government approved real estate project in the amount of US$400,000 with fees upon approval for citizenship in principle in the following sums: (i) US$35,000.00 for the main applicant (ii) US$20,000 for the spouse of the main applicant (iii) US$10,000 for each qualified dependent
