Price of Saint Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment significantly reduced for limited time only
The Saint Kitts & Nevis Prime Minister Dr Hon Timothy Harris announced on July 3rd that there would be a significant reduction in the cost of St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship under the Saint Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment programme. The country of St.Kitts & Nevis offers one of the best economic citizenships in the world and its programme is recognized globally as being the platinum brand for citizenship by investment. These recent changes were made as a result of the global pandemic that has impacted economies globally and is designed to help the local St.Kitts & Nevis economy. The funds invested in the country through the Sustainable Growth Fund help support local businesses, education and health services, poverty alleviation and other programmes that benefit the local population.
Normally under the Sustainable Growth Fund families of 4 would need to make a contribution of at least USD195,000 but under the new recent changes families of up to 4 will need to contribute at least USD 150,000. The minimum contribution for a single applicant will still remain at USD 150,000. There is also the option to obtain citizenship through investment in government approved real estate starting at USD 200,000 that must be maintained for seven years or USD 400,000 that must be maintained for five years.
The head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit Les Khan in a press release highlighted that in an uncertain world having the ability to travel around the world freely is important. The St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment is a great option for people looking for a safe and secure citizenship. The St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship is ranked as one of the top Caribbean citizenships and is ranked in the top 30 citizenships globally.
