The Investment options to obtain St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment include a donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund. The thresholds under the donation option are US$150,000 for a main applicant an additional US$25,000 for the spouse and an additional US$10,000 per dependent. Due Diligence fees are also applicable which are as follows; US$7,500 main applicant, US$4,000 for dependent over 16, US$4,000 due diligence for financial sponsor. There is also the ability to obtain citizenship by investing in real estate that qualifies for St.Kitts & Nevis Citizenship. Applicants can purchase a property valued at a minimum of US$400,000 to be held for a minimum of five years. Applicants can also make an investment of US$200,000 in government approved resort real estate that must be maintained for a minimum of seven years. Due diligence fees are applicable as well as legal processing costs and other fees under the real estate option.
The process to obtain St.Kitts & Nevis can take 3–8 months. There is also the option to make an application under the Accelerated Processing procedure which for an additional US$25,000 for a single main applicant the file can be processed within 60 days provided all documents have been submitted.
