The Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program provides an opportunity for investors to get a second passport that offers visa free travel or visa on arrival to over 140 countries which includes UK, EU Schengen zone, Switzerland and Russia amongst other countries. There are different options for investors who are looking to do the citizenship by investment program and are outlined as follows:

University of the West Indies Fund

The University of the West Indies Fund (UWI) option was recently established where families of 6 or more persons (minimum of 6 persons) can make an investment of US$150,000 into the UWI option. Under the UWI option, one family member will be entitled to one year of free tuition at the University of the West Indies.

National Development Fund

Applicants can choose to make an investment into the The National Development Fund (NDF) starting at US$100,000 contribution for a family of 4 or less with US$30,000 processing fees and additional due diligence fees. The NDF provides support for local projects, private partnerships and charitable investments in the country of Antigua & Barbuda.

Real Estate

Applicants can choose to make an investment in government approved real estate for citizenship starting at US$400,000 plus the payment of government processing fees of over US$30,000 plus due diligence fees.

Business Investment

A principle applicant can make an investment of a minimum of US$1,500,000 in an approved business plus government processing and due diligence fees.

General Information about the Antigua & Barbuda Passport

The Antigua & Barbuda passport is valid for 5 years after which it can be renewed provided an individual has spent at least 5 days in the country of Antigua & Barbuda.
